Thanks to our DMG MORI NHX8000 machining centre, we can tackle the precision machining of large-dimension parts with full guarantees, with maximum table loads of 3,000 kg and a cutting feedrate of fifty m/min.

Our machining services are accompanied by the best machinery

We offer your project the services of a HAIMER presetter which helps us to measure tools prior to their use by the machine. Here the direct tool-machine communication translates into faster processes and greater efficiency in the machining of parts, thereby enhancing the quality of our service. In order to optimise that service it is also important to have means such as the Renishaw OMP60 high accuracy touch-trigger probe thanks to which we can automatically prepare our part machining work.

The commitment to offering our customers the best of services implies the constant improvement of our Quality Department and the measuring means that enable us to do just that, such as our ZEISS CONTURA G2 automatic 3D measuring machine with VAST XT GOLD active scanning sensor.
